2. The scallop border is done with the 1 1/4″ Circle Punch. When you nest the circle in the top of your cutter the blade will cut the circle exactly in half to create the pattern pictured here. Spaced between several scallops is Ruby Red Brads from the Earth Elements Brad Collection.
3. The larger scallop from the Scallop Circle # 2 Die worked perfect for journaling placement. The circle was cut using the Circle Scissors Plus.
