Workshop Journal

Creative Tips:

1. This project is for an upcoming workshop. They’ll learn the distressing technique and transform a dollar store find into a treasured keepsake using a few stamps and wonderful accessories. Don’t you want to plan a workshop of your own with several of your friends and family?

2. The Designer Jewels are adhesive backed rhinestones in a sophisticated flourish. The journal contains a small portion of the design. You could easily decorate up to 8 journals with one flourish.

3. The accordion flower is accented with a detailed brad from the Antique Brad collection. A special touch to complete the vintage look of this unique project.

Day of Gratitude

Creative Tips:

1. My favorite time of the year is fall. The landscape in Clemmons is absolutely beautiful this weekend. It served as the inspiration for my card today. The leaves were stamped in all the colors of fall, and attached in a circular pattern to form a wreath.

2. The Distressed Plate adds just the right background texture. The pattern captured the appearance of a tree trunk deep in the forest.

3. The finishing touch of the Cherry Cobbler Big Designer Button added to the woodsy atmosphere. Don’t you just want to run and play in a pile of leaves today?

Country Christmas Card

Creative Tips:

1. Are you without Christmas Designer Paper? No problem, think outside the box and use something from your stash. The tree is wearing Love Note DP mounted on a background found in the Play Date DP pack. Nothing like a traditional green and red for the holidays!

2. The Victoria Crochet Trim adds a sweet country look to any Christmas card.

3. The Finial Press Embossing Folder added the perfect finishing touch to the card. Doesn’t it look like an embroidered quilt in the background?

4. How about a matching tag? Isn’t the miniature tree the cutest? My favorite is the Eyelet lace skirt on the tag.
