Creative Tips:
1. The Elements of Style Stamp Set is from Shelli’s Signature Collection. Her favorite style is vintage and this set is great for capturing that aged look with style. If vintage isn’t your favorite, the images are so versatile you can create your very own personal style.
2. To create the scallop border around the circle, begin with a 3/4″ x 12″ strip of card stock or designer paper. Next scallop the longest side, distress the strip with a Bone Folder, and finally run through your Crimper. Apply adhesive to the back side of your circle and gently wrap the strip around attaching it as you go. I used up a scrap of Merry Moments left over from Christmas.
3. The striped pattern on the Rose Red panel was done using my Scoring Blade and Paper Cutter.
4. The Old Olive Satin Ribbon bow added a feminine homespun finishing touch. It was applied with a Pop-Up Glue Dot.
