Watercolor Trio

Creative Tips:

1. The focal image was created by coloring the stamp with Stampin’ Write Markers and spraying with water before stamping. With the Watercolor Trio Stamp Set, an amateur could pass for a pro! This one is available through the Summer Mini catalog beginning May 1.

2. The textured background panel was created using my Big Shot and the Perfect Details Texturz Plate. The trick to getting a strong impression is to spray the card stock with water before rolling through the Big Shot.

3. The dainty Bashful Blue Grosgrain Ribbon gives the project that perfect little finishing touch. I just love how it turned out! I am creating 30 of these for a close friend.

  2. Hi Dacia! I added your blog to my Google Reader a few months ago and just wanted to drop a quick note here to thank you for sharing your beautiful creations. This is one of the prettiest cards I’ve seen with this stamp set – love the colors and the embossed background, especially – just lovely! Thought you should know that you had a fan…
