Well the new catalog is officially here! I made my list and checked it twice on Tuesday and placed the order yesterday. Can hardly wait to get the stuff and start playing with it. What is your favorite new in color? Leave me a comment and let me know. For me, can’t decide between Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay. Both are lovely to work with.
The inspiration for today’s post came from the MOJO93 card sketch and the leftover paper from the Polished Stone technique class. The design follows the sketch and the colors were chosen from the paper. Hope you enjoy!
Begin by folding a 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of Bermuda Bay in half. The next layer is 3 3/8″ x 3 3/8″ Elegant Eggplant and 3 1/4″ x 3 1/4″ Polished Stone paper. The base was wrapped in Very Vanilla ribbon. The left side has a scalloped edge of Very Vanilla. The next layer is 2 1/8″ x 2 7/8″ in Elegant Eggplant and 2″ x 2 3/4″ in Very Vanilla. The four sides and the scallops were pierced. The butterflies were stamped on Very Vanilla and cut out with paper snips. The scallop oval is Elegant Eggplant and large oval Barely Banana. The oval was pierced. Button Latte supplied the buttons and they were thread with a thin piece of Elegant Eggplant paper. Each layer was attached with dimensionals.

Beautiful color combination! The overall design is just GREAT!
Hi Dacia-
Another beautiful card! I think my favorite new In-color is Rich Razzleberry, but I don’t have any of the new colors yet. I think I’m having a hard time letting go of the old In-Colors. I just loved them!
