The challenge this week at Late Nite Stampers is all about the kids. We were to create a card, scrapbook page or 3-d item. I’m learning to do more 3-d items. This is the area where I am most challenged. What a perfect opportunity to do a little practicing.
This one wears the new Razzleberry Lemonade Designer paper. The Melon Mambo is fast becoming my new favorite. I can’t seem to put it down. It will be available for purchase on July 1. Are you as excited about the new catalog? It will be here before you can blink. Reserve yours by the end of the month for $5.00. You will receive a gift certificate for $5 towards a $50 purchase within 90 days. Contact me by email to reserve yours today.
Well on to the project…
It is an Animal Cracker box! Isn’t it just the cutest idea. I can’t take complete credit for this one. I was surfing the web several days ago and came across this tutorial and had to give it a try. This is my take on the project. Hope you enjoy. I thought it would make a great birthday treat for a little one.
The flap is notched and fits behind the brad to secure the closure. What a great idea. This one will have to be used again.Project Recipe: Stamps: Teeny Tiny Phrases Cardstock: Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Razzleberry Lemonade DP Ink: Melon Mambo Accessories: Pumpkin Pie ribbon, Heart to Heart, Boho Blossoms, 1/2″ circle, and Trio Flower punches, Swirls Scribbles die, Filigree Brads, Jumbo eyelets
