Shower Card

Today’s post is a shower card created for a new stamping friend. She was traveling to Florida to attend the shower, and her request was something with a sailboat and primary colors for a boy. I didn’t have the set Nursery Necessities so I improvised and made the cut out shapes with my trusty paper snips. The scallop border was done with the corner rounder punch. The designer paper was some from the last catalog hostess items. Sometimes you just have to think outside the box. Hope you enjoy…

Stamps: Short and Sweet
Cardstock: Real Red, So Saffron, Brilliant Blue, Whisper White, and Real Red DP
Stamps: Brilliant Blue
Accessories: So Saffron ribbon, Scallop, 1 3/8″ circle, and corner rounder punch, piercing tool, Latte button
